Raku

With guidance from artist-in-residence George Woideck students created their own work using the ancient Japanese pottery method Raku. They also built a kiln which remained at the school for on-going use.

Nature Study Area

Students, parents, teachers and the community designed and built an outdoor nature area on the playground. The nature provides many opportunities for science and environmental education.’
