Prepare to be Slammed at the High School Library

The increasingly popular Poetry Club will prepare for a national poetry slam during a series of workshops with guidance from a local slam coach. Competitive or “slam” poetry is an art which encourages students to improve their writing skills share their diverse experiences and invest in education through the power of the spoken word.
