Exploring Energy: Parade of Ohms – School Team Grant

Explore seventh grade benchmarks in the area of “Energy”. The primary focus will be on tracing the pathway of energy within a closed system and electrical energy. Project will provide content on solar (radiant) energy and generated (mechanical) energy. Additionally there will be an invitation extended to include a guest electrician.

Script to Film – School Team Grant

This writing project will provide 1 hour of weekly instruction for 30 weeks from published author Bill Kramer. Students will develop and submit scripts to an online script writing contest, collaborate with video production classes for scripts to become film shorts, and culminate in a year end film festival.
