Reaching Heights offers grants so that front line educators in the Cleveland Heights-University Heights public schools can
bring their ideas to fruition. The grants make it easier for our dedicated staff and committed community to solve problems, enrich learning and solidify connections. The grant teams have the ideas and the opportunity to work with our students. The grants provide the teams funds and encouragement to translate their dedication into action.
Teams have implemented many wonderful ideas since Reaching Heights started making grants in 1990. Click on each program to learn about that grant program and to review projects that have been implemented.
This grant program gives school-based teams of teachers, staff and parents up to $1,500 to implement an innovative project that addresses an achievement challenge.
This grant program provides mini grants of up to $250 for a school-based project to build community knowledge of the schools, involve residents with students or students with the community, or engage parents.
Music grants of up to $400 are available to enrich learning through music. Funds are available to music and classroom teachers.
We invite educators within the CH-UH schools to apply for a grant to support their dreams. Click here to learn how to apply for a grant.
